The quality of our products and processes is given very high priority in the REINERT KUNSTSTOFFTECHNIK S.R.L. An effective, permanently applied management system is an important basis for any successful business. We are certified according to IATF 16949. We review, refine and continuously optimize the structures and processes in our company. To ensure the highest precision possible, our manufacturing process is monitored through ongoing data print outs as well as SPC (Statistical Process Control). We have, amongst others, a 3D coordinate measuring device at our disposal for testing purposes.
By means of computer-controlled injection molding machines with clamping forces between 12 kN and 2,000 kN as well as freely programmable handling and automation systems, we produce components for high technical requirements as well as sophisticated designs between 0.04 g and 5.000 g. Apart from the sophisticated injection molding technology we engage in various systems (insert, outsert, multi-component) as well as automation.
